Making sure you're prepared for a round is key. I like to carry a Discraft Skystyler with me at all times using my "Disclip", a handy tool to attach your throw n catch disc to your bag. It's great to get your body and muscles warmed up with a little heart raiser. A little freestyle before any golf discs are thrown can really help your game. You need to wake up your body lightly instead of hitting the driving range.
See any litter around your local disc golf course? Why not help the community and the sport by picking up what you can. If a place is untidy or dirty, it tends to attract a bad crowd. Whereas if it's clean, it's more welcoming for all. #keepitclean
My first experience of disc golf began with a pink Innova DX Shark, a very popular mid-range golf disc. My original teacher and Boss Brother, Chris O'Brien, introduced me to the game and we used to practice every moment we could in a small village in the countryside called Kirkwhelpington. We created a course called the Universe, began making videos and the rest is history. Hooked for life.
