The struggle

Let's get something straight. It's me, it's @RickRick. Only for now but just a one man machine so until that changes, I'm just going through the gears.

Hit about 4th so far and after tonight, it's 5th gear all the way. The application process will be updated for both people that have and haven't already registered.

This is because there have been a few comments involving confusion which I will strive to clear completely.
